Music

A sample read from Creative Energy: Shift into Flow by Ann Baldwin

Chapter Fourteen
Music

The creative muses gather quickly around you, from out-of-nowhere, when they hear music; especially, if its music YOU LOVE ~. Remember, creative energy is a positive, feel-good energy and music is one of the fastest ways to shift into flow.
.
Creative Energy is fast-moving energy and music attracts it, because there is so much motion vibrating everything around it, when music plays. Music penetrates matter quickly and deeply and this creates waves of creative energy all around and within you. It’s best to play music you enjoy, music that stirs you, lift you up, and reaches the inner core within you.
.
Imagine watching some of your favorite films, but without the soundtrack ~ music adds a wealth of e~motion and depth to stories and life. It has the ability to move us mentally, e~motionally, physically, and spiritually.
.
Many screenwriters, myself included, will begin the work day by listening to music that has a similar theme, tempo, mood, and/or tone as the current script/screenplay that we’re working on. It helps us to get into the same vibrational frequency of creative energy for that particular piece of writing. Try listening to the original sound track from one film, while watching another film without sound; it wouldn’t have the same impact on us as it does with its own musical score ~
.
Music really does move us inside and out. One of my favorite quotes comes from the late Michael Jackson, “You can’t think, when you’re dancing, you have to feel”.
.
Play a musical instrument, sing a song, or dance to your favorite melody ~
.
Turn up the music, raise your energy frequency, and FEEL-GOOD.
